Buyers: I become the expert in the different market areas where you would like to buy your home. I do extensive research and perform a thorough search analyzing all of the current inventory as well as past sales to insure you get the house that best meets your needs for the right price. I will preview nearly all houses before I take you out to see them. This allows me to save you time and money. I will not pressure you to buy.

Sellers: I will get you the maximum amount for your home based on market conditions. I will help you prepare your home for sale. I will give you a comprehensive list of things that will help your home sell quickly. I will do a Comprehensive Market Analysis to show you the value of your home. I will communicate with you on a regular basis the status of the listing and comments rom agents that have seen the house. It is very important to price your home correctly right now. Giving Back to the Community: I believe it is very important to give back to the community. I Have been coaching highschool lacrosse in Washington for the past 6 years. This is very rewarding for me. It has helped me grow as a person while helping prepare high school boys for the rest of their lives.

• 7 years of experience in the Northwest helping clients buy and sell properties.
• My father has been in real estate since 1964. He was one of two founders of Perry and Butler Real Estate in Denver. He and his partner grew the company into the second-largest real estate company in Colorado. He is my mentor and I did my first open house with him when I was 4 years old :)
